Should the project be feasible, then we will work with our client to prepare a brief alongside the appointed architect in orfer to produce a scheme suitable for statutory applications and budget costing. During the pre-construction phase we ensure the actives of the design team are properly coordinated with direct lines of communication established between the client and the design team.
